But that’s not easy to do: Product Managers often struggle to establish a process where they are constantly interviewing users, and even if they do, they lack the time to categorize and analyze the outputs of these conversations to prioritize what to build next. As a consequence, Continuous Discovery becomes an unreachable holy grail whose benefits are never experienced.

She has been working with continuous discovery since 2020, when the company she used to work for hired Teresa Torres as a discovery coach, and has experience working in health tech, marketing automation, and government technology. Lisa has a background in data science and academic research and holds a PhD from the University of St. Andrews.

Naren Raghavan

Director of Product @Docusign

Naren serves as Director of Product Management at DocuSign, overseeing and driving alignment across the entire organization on product vision, strategy, execution, and team development. Naren has experience working with Product Management and Development for companies like Salesforce, Cisco, and Workday, and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson, a Master of Science from Stanford, and a Bachelor of Science from Berkeley.

Shyvee is a Product Manager at LinkedIn, an instructor at LinkedIn Learning, and host of the "Product Management Learning Series". Rodrigo Pantigas

Co-Founder & Product @Birdie

Rodrigo (mostly know as Pants) is a self-taught Product Manager who learned how to code and build products while working at different companies. After managing technology and infrastructure projects and building an enterprise Digital Asset Management platform used by companies like Santander, Carrefour, Coca-Cola, and Danone, he decided to start Birdie in order to make it easier for Product Managers to incorporate customer feedback into their Product Management process.
